• Usage data: videos created, scripts generated, API usage metrics.
• Connected accounts: TikTok account credentials (OAuth tokens) when you choose to connect for auto-upload.
• Product data: URLs and metadata of products you choose to create videos for.
• Payment information: handled securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To generate AI scripts, voice-overs, and videos on your behalf.
• To upload videos to your connected TikTok account upon request.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To communicate service updates or important notices.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• Google OAuth + Gemini AI — authentication and AI content generation.
• TikTok Login Kit + Content Posting API — connect account and upload videos.
• Botnoi Voice / Google TTS — voice-over generation.
• Pexels / Pixabay / fal.ai — stock and AI-generated video assets.
• Neon (PostgreSQL hosting) — secure database storage.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.

5. TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account, we receive an access token that allows us to upload videos to your inbox/drafts. We store this token securely and use it only to perform actions you initiate within the Service. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from Settings — this will revoke the access token and delete it from our database.

We do not sell, share, or use your TikTok data for purposes other than providing the upload feature you requested.

6. Data Retention

Account data and generated videos are retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your generated videos
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted database connections, and secure token storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes.
